Get set for another fantastic weekend of color across Vermont
The foliage is the best it’s been in years. We’re seeing vibrant colors, sparked by good moisture levels in the soil and perfect temperatures.
The foliage tracker shows peak color right now across the higher elevations of the Green Mountains, with high color across much of the rest of the state.
We should see about one more week of great color outside of the highest elevations before the leaves start to fade.

A great Saturday before rain clouds move in
With highs Saturday in the upper 50s to low 60s, plenty of sunshine expected and calm winds in the forecast, this is the best day to enjoy the incredible fall color.
Clouds will be increasing Sunday, but any rain is expected to hold off until early evening. Highs are expected in the 60s to near 70, making it a warmer day than Saturday but not as sunny. Rain will continue through Monday morning before tapering off.
We are looking at upwards of half an inch of rain across the state, with the heaviest across southern Vermont. The forecast calls for partly to mostly cloudy skies Monday with highs in the 60s.
What a season it has been for foliage! Enjoy this gorgeous weekend ahead.
